How many hypnotherapy sessions?
Hypnotherapy is a sensitive and personal process and the amount of sessions depends greatly on the individual.
Other than Hypnosis Smoking Cessation, the process begins with an extended session which will include an initial assessment. The amount of subsequent hypnotherapy sessions required depends on the individual.
Hypnotherapy Smoking cessation
Single Hypnosis Session – £250.00 (approx. 90 mins). I have every confidence of success, and for the majority of smokers just one session is all it takes to stop smoking. However, if after the session, in the unlikely event you were to start smoking again within a year of your first appointment then you can come back in for a “backup session” at no extra charge. As with anything in life, with hypnotherapy, there are no guarantees and I do not offer refunds.
Hypnotherapy Weight Loss Programme
For weight loss hypnosis I recommend a minimum of four to six hypnotherapy sessions.
£190 for the initial session / assessment (approx. 90 mins), £110 per each additional session (approx 50 mins)
Group Weight Loss Hypnosis Sessions – for up to 7 people.
Why not get up to 6 of your friends and come for a weight loss session to see how hypnotherapy can help you. The cost is £350 for 90 mins split between up to 7 of you. So if there were 2 of you, you would pay £175 each or if there were 7 of you, it would be only £50 each. Subsequent hypnotherapy for weight loss sessions need to be private as people are overweight for different reasons and the hypnosis for weight loss need to be tailored to the individual.
For all other hypnotherapy cases
First Hypnotherapy Assessment Session – £190 (approx. 90 mins)
Subsequent Hypnotherapy Sessions – £110.00 (approx. 50 mins)
Payment of fees
Payment of fees can be made by cash on the day or bank transfer the day before.
Virtual Hypnotherapy with Bridgette Mansfield Hypnotherapy
If you can’t get to see me because you live far away or time is precious, there is another way. You don’t have to miss out on dealing with your issues. Now you can take advantage of working with me from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world and get the same results as Face to Face hypnosis sessions.
What is a Virtual Hypnosis session?
You will need to be somewhere that you can relax and will not be disturbed. Most sessions are held over Facetime or WhatsApp video. These sessions are just as successful as Face to Face.
What are the advantages of virtual hypnosis?
Online Hypnosis / hypnotherapy / NLP can take place regardless of your location
There is no need to travel to a clinic
The online hypnotherapy session will be in the comfort of your own home.
Thanks to the webcam, you will be able to enjoy your hypnotherapy session as if we were face to face
The session remains private and confidential

How do I pay for virtual Hypnotherapy sessions?
Hypnotherapy sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance. I will email you the bank details and you will need to put your name as a reference.
How long / how much are the virtual hypnotherapy sessions?
For everything apart from Stopping Smoking, Hypnobirthing and Hypnoband, the first Hypnotherapy session is approx. 90 mins (£190) and subsequent sessions are approx. 50 mins (£110). Most clients only need 4-6 hypnotherapy sessions to achieve their outcome and feel better
I require 48 hours notice of any cancellation or amendment to your appointment time. Payments will not be refunded unless sufficient notice is given.
How many hypnosis sessions will I need?
It depends on the person and want they want to achieve but we can give you a guide as to how many will be needed
How do I prepare for my virtual hypnotherapy session?
Your virtual online hypnotherapy session will take place at the date/time agreed with you in the comfort of your own home.
Please ensure that you will not be disturbed, turn all phones off and are sitting somewhere comfortable.

Cancellation policy
I prefer not to have to charge for cancellations so I require 48 hours notice.
I practice hypnosis from Grange Park, Winchmore Hill, North London N21, Keats Complementary Practice in Enfield, Eve and Spa in St Albans and SK Life Fitness in Goffs Oak. For private HypnoBirthing classes, I can travel to all surrounding areas such as Muswell Hill, Southgate, Barnet, Oakwood, Palmers Green, Crouch End.
Please note that there is a £10 per hour surcharge for appointments booked in all the places above excluding Grange Park.
